2008 - 2009 Minority Partner & Associate Directory
The Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms is pleased to present our 2008-2009 Member Firm Minority Partner & Associate Directory. This year, we sought to expand and improve upon last year’s Directory by including information on minority associates as well as minority partners. With this extension, the 2008-2009 Directory is the largest, most comprehensive publication on minority attorneys in Chicago law firms. As before, the purpose of this reference guide is to offer a broad range of users with accurate yet easy-to-use information. It is our hope that this Directory will facilitate broader and deeper relationships among minority partners and associates, and between minority attorneys and the greater Chicago legal community.
In order to be listed in the Directory, a minority attorney must be employed by a member firm. In the print version, the last pages of the Directory contain two indices. The first is an index of attorneys by practice area and the second is an index of attorneys by member firm. We have done our best to reconcile differences in practice area groupings and titles. The result is a Directory that can be used to locate an individual by name, area of expertise, and law firm.
