The Associate Board of the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms is proud to unveil new programming specifically tailored to mid-level associates! The five part series, titled “Navigating Towards Success: Building A Successful Associate Experience,” will provide a forum for associates to discuss their goals and provide associates the tools they need to achieve success in their careers.
This five part series began last month with the first session of the Self-Assessment Training series, and now the time is almost here for Session 2! Please mark your calendar and RSVP for the Wednesday, April 15th session that will help you put into action the strengths you discovered during Session 1. With the guidance of a career-coach, associates will devise strategies to sell themselves to achieve their goals, including promoting their strengths while minimizing their weaknesses. Please come ready to ask questions to make this more meaningful to you personally.
*While this series of programming is targeted towards mid-level associates, due to the pressing retention issue among this particular group, associates of any year are welcome to attend! You may attend Session 2 even if you did not attend Session 1, but you will need to complete the exercise conducted in Session 1 beforehand.
